		<description>Great stuff. One area I would suggest is expanding on the three or four generation model of Grandfathers, fathers, sons.
I think one of the great problems in the west is Fathers who refuse to become grandfathers, but retain authority over their older sons.  I have seen this over and over in churches and mission orgs. Paul talks about parents laying up for their children, not children for their parents.  I interpret that to mean Grandfathers need to be about enabling their older sons to be successful--not about their success (obvious applications to mentoring). Even the Father turned authority over to Jesus as an adult son (Cf. John 8) rather than treating Jesus as a subordinate.

I do think that George exemplifies this kind of mentoring but I think it needs to be pointed out!
